Step into a world of festive wonder this Christmas with our unforgettable North Pole Express!
More than just a simple visit to Santa, this is a whole immersive experience for all children aged 10 years old and under to enjoy.
Your magical journey begins as you board the 'North Pole Express', enjoying a hot chocolate and some fun activities along the way before arriving in our ’North Pole Land’, where your children have the chance to meet Santa and get a printed picture with him, then stop off at his Toy Factory to collect a special Christmas gift.
The adventure continues for the whole family, with our dazzling Christmas Spectacular Show, a heartwarming celebration of music, joy and festive spirit!

You can book a maximum of 4 children in for each time slot. Children may be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 young person aged 11-17 years, per booking.

What time do doors open?

Main Doors open at the following times:
SATURDAY SHOW: 5:15PM
SUNDAY 9:30AM SHOW: 8:45AM
SUNDAY 12PM SHOW: 11.15AM

Please ensure that you are seated 5 minutes before the start of the Show.

Will there be food and drinks available?

On Saturday, hot food will be available to purchase onsite. Coffee shop will also be open to purchase hot and cold drinks, as well as a selection of snacks.

On Sunday, Coffee Shop will be open before and after both Shows.

Do I need to book in advance for the Grotto, or can I turn up on the day?

Booking in advance is the only way to guarantee entry to the North Pole Express Santa's Grotto. You can book your child in today by clicking here.

Can I cancel my booking for the Grotto if it is no longer required?

If you wish to cancel your booking before the event, please contact us by emailing connect@championschurch.org.uk.  Please be aware that your booking fee is non-refundable.

What time do I arrive for my Grotto booking?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booking time. The North Pole Express Santa's Grotto is situated in our Champion Kids building. The entrance will be clearly signposted and our team will happily direct you if you need any assistance.

What happens when I arrive for my Grotto booking?

Our team will need to scan your booking QR code to allow you into the event. Please ensure you can show a copy of your confirmation email on your smartphone or tablet. You can save your ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access. Alternatively bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation email with you.

What is the maximum party size for my Grotto booking?

You can book a maximum of 4 children in for each time slot. Children may be accompanied by a maximum of 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 young person aged 11-17 years, per booking.

How many photos with Santa are included in my Grotto booking?

Children will have the chance to meet Santa and get a printed picture with him. One photo per booking is included in the price. If you love the photo and wish to purchase additional copies, this can be done when you collect your child's gift (please note that we will only be accepting card payments in the Grotto).

What if I arrive late or miss my slot?

Due to the time-sensitive nature of the experience and the high volume of visitors, it is very unlikely that we will be able to fit your child in to a later session.

How accessible is this event?

The Christmas Spectacular and North Pole Express Santa's Grotto Experience are wheelchair accessible throughout.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on the field next to our site. There will be plenty of signage and our Car Park Team will be ready to help when you arrive if you are in need of assistance. Please arrive early to ensure you have time to park and don't miss the start of the Show.

Is there a normal Champion Kids programme on Sunday 14th December?

The Christmas Spectacular Show is intended for the whole family to enjoy together, therefore there is no children's programme provided.
