Following the recent lockdown announcements, the government has deemed that Churches should remain OPEN.
It is our desire and commitment therefore to continue to hold both in-person and online services. More than ever people need hope and a place of refuge from the storm, and whilst we understand the very small risk of being in proximity to other people in a large auditorium, we believe that the Church is essential in being open as a beacon of hope at this time.
Please understand that we are doing everything that we can to make sure that Champions is providing a Covid-safe environment and is meeting all of the criteria in order to ensure the safety and well being of everyone that attends.
In accordance with guidelines set out, Champion Kids has to remain closed for the time being. We are sad about this, but will continue to put as much online as possible so that your children feel included, cared for and loved.
As much as we want to always welcome everyone without exception, we feel it appropriate once again to point out that if you are feeling unwell, are elderly, or are classed as being in the vulnerable category, then you should not attend in-person services for the time being.
All those attending must wear a mask and sit in the designated seats as directed by the ushers.
Children can attend the main service at their parents/carers discretion, but must remain with them at all times.
To further help in creating a safe environment during the height of the pandemic, you will be instructed to leave at the end of the service section by section, in order to avoid any cross over with people.
Please register your attendance as early as possible each week as seating is limited.
Our Sunday service will continue to be live-streamed on YouTube, Facebook and here on our website.
We look forward to connecting with you.
