Cancellation and Refund Policy
Champions Church hopes everyone who registers for our Events will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur.
Champions Church Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency:
– Event registration cancelled up to 30 days prior to the event is refundable but subject to a 50% administrative fee.
– Registrants cancelling less than 30 days prior to the event will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration may be transferred to another individual; the confirmation email for the new delegate will be revised to reflect the new delegate’s details.
– In the event Champions Church must cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, Champions Church will refund the cost of registration. However, if the Event is postponed all tickets will be transferred to the new date.
